Refunds are only available within 48 hours of placing an order. No refunds will be issued after this period.

To request a refund, you can either open a ticket through our Dashboard or join our Discord server and contact our support team.

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of opening a ticket and submitting the necessary information.

4. Required Information for Refunds

To process your refund, you must provide the following information:

  • Invoice Number (example: 88/11/2024)
  • The VPA address (or UPI ID) used for the payment.
  • The exact amount paid (do not round off the figures).
  • The Reference ID associated with the payment.

5. Security and Privacy

Only share your payment details when explicitly asked for a refund by our authorized staff. Retronodes Hosting is not liable for any issues arising from sharing your personal details with unauthorized parties.
