By using Retronodes Hosting services (by ordering any service), you agree to accept and abide by these Terms of Service. This includes compliance with:

• The Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) as outlined by Mojang AB for Minecraft server hosting.
• Our Terms of Service for any files uploaded to our nodes.

2. Files Uploaded on Our Nodes

Users are solely responsible for any files uploaded to Retronodes Hosting servers. It is prohibited to upload or store illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content that you do not have the rights to distribute. Retronodes Hosting reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the operation of Retronodes Hosting services or the experience of other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Exploiting server vulnerabilities (Report it).
• Distributing malware or engaging in any form of hacking or unauthorized access.
• Engaging in activities that violate local, national, or international laws.

4. Immediate Ban for Mining or Similar Activities

Retronodes Hosting has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities on our servers. Users found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned from our platform without suspension, removal, or warning. Such users will be blacklisted and prohibited from using our services in the future.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for Retronodes Hosting services are non-refundable after 48 hours from the time of purchase as specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Service Modifications

In the event of discontinuation, Retronodes Hosting will:

• Notify affected users via personal email, announcements on our website, and our Discord server to backup all data before servers are deleted.
• Provide refunds based on the unused portion of prepaid services. For example, if a server was active for 20 days out of a prepaid 30-day period, a refund for the remaining 10 days will be issued within 24-48 hours.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
